DESCRIPTION:
This maintenance is being performed on our Grand Rapids SBC Static SIP customers in order to resolve Loss of Redundancy.

SERVICE IMPACT:
During this time customers communicating with 209.142.200.14 will experience up to 5-15 minutes with their Static SIP Trunking service, while the IP routes are updated. Customers do not need to make any changes on their end.
